These beautiful, level building lots are situated in the South-Eastern corner of the village of Marysville. The properties range in size from just under 1 acre to 1 1/3 acres and are easy to access from a quiet graveled lane. Each of these properties sits atop a small ridge slightly above the rest of the village. Because of this ridge, any two or three level home would have a beautiful view of the Kingston waterfront and historic Old Fort Henry.

These are properties that I own myself and that I do not need, so I am selling them as I build myself a small house. I am selling these properties as a private sale, and I have my lawyer do up all the paper work. In the past some individuals have used a broker to represent themselves, and this has worked well, but is not required. If you would like to purchase a property, and we come to an agreement, then we simply put our respective lawyers in touch with one another and everything works itself out. In my experience this is the simplest means of doing things, and it certainly saves the real estate fees. I am not a real estate agent, and unfortunately I do not have or know of other properties on the island that may be for sale.

Information about Wolfe Island
Wolfe Island, the largest of the Thousand Islands is located at the Eastern most end of Lake Ontario in the mouth of the St Lawrence River. Being such a large island, Wolfe Island has a large free ferry which runs hourly to Kingston to serve the needs of business, residents and tourists a like. There is also a toll ferry that crosses the international border to Cape Vincent, NY.
Sitting alongside the Highway 401 corridor, Wolfe Island is located approximately 2 1/2 hours from both Toronto and Montreal and 2 hours South-West of the Ottawa region. Being close to three major cities makes Wolfe Island a popular place to escape the city life, while remaining connected and close-by the outside world.
